Ordering Goods from Outside of the UK

Value Added Tax (VAT) will be added to all EEC orders (unless valid VAT registration numbers are provided) we shall not charge this to customers outside the EEC  All prices on this site are in UK Pounds. Charges to your credit/debit card will depend on the exchange rate offered by your own card provider at the time of the transaction and are not within our control.

 

Please ensure when you visit the checkout that you check the box "For customer outside the UK"

 

Our standard order administration charge of 3.50 UK Pounds will be applied to all orders, where this does not cover our costs we will email you with the additional amount required. We will not proceed with the order unless you confirm we can charge this extra amount to your credit card.

 

We are happy to supply most of our products to other counties where possible however certain electrical and communications products are not suitable for use in other countries. If you order something that will not work in your country we will email you with details so you do not need to worry about making a mistake.
