Ordering Goods in the UK

Ordering within the UK is simple, there is a fixed administration charge of £3.50 per order to cover our additional costs in providing this online facility, secure server, administration, etc there are no other hidden extras. We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Switch.

VAT will be added at the checkout where appropriate . If you are eligible for VAT zero rating please make a note in the comments section at the checkout and print off the VAT Zero Rating Declaration (Click Here) We shall then Zero Rate Eligible products We endeavour to despatch orders within 4/5 days, but on occasion when there is an unprecedented demand  for items or supply problems exist beyond our control, orders may be delayed.

Ordering Goods from Outside of the UK

 

Value Added Tax (VAT) will be added to all EEC orders (we shall not charge this to customers outside the EEC)  All prices on this site are in UK Pounds. Charges to your credit/debit card will depend on the exchange rate offered by your own card provider at the time of the transaction and are not within our control. You can either contact them directly for an exchange rate or get a rough idea by looking on the internet.

 

Please ensure when you visit the checkout that you check the box "For customer outside the UK"

 

Our standard order administration charge of 3.50 UK Pounds will be applied to all orders, where this does not cover our costs we will email you with the additional amount required. We will not proceed with the order unless you confirm we can charge this extra amount to your credit card.

 

We are happy to supply most of our products to other counties where possible however certain electrical and communications products are not suitable for use in other countries. If you order something that will not work in your country we will email you with details so you do not need to worry about making a mistake.
