cylinder target.

A logarithmic distance vision chart with Snellen letters from 60 metre to 5 metre.
Includes "Clinician's Card" with predicted near vision magnifications and additions
when the chart is used at 3 metres. The chart is foldable and may be used hand
held at any distance As 7003, but includes an extra panel with enlarged Verhoeff's
circles for crossed cylinder target.
