Daylight Simulation Bulbs

We all recognise that natural daylight is a healthier and more comfortable light both
to work under and for hobby or craft activities. The most obvious advantages are the
ability to see better in natural light and to be able to see colours accurately.
Moreover, the qualities of daylight which include high contrast and low glare, result
in reduced eye strain, less stress and higher work output. Most lights, be they
tungsten, fluorescent or halogen emit a red/yellow glow. While this creates a warm
comfortable ambience for dark winter nights, the distortion created is stressful to
the eyes, and can be disastrous for people working with colour or doing detailed
work.

These bulbs are available with a standard Bayonet Fitting or Edison Screw in a
range of wattages between 40 and 100.

Safety warning - under no circumstances use a bulb that exceeds the wattage
recommended by the manufacturer of the light fitting.
